First and foremost you need to see what kind of video format/adapter the camera outputs. For model, can it connect to an SV cable?

This is for PC, I don’t know much about Macs.

Then the next thing you have to realize is this might not be very cheap. HD videos can be stressing, primarily if you’re going to be editing/uploading them.

The equipment you’re gonna want to look for are this.

If you want to upload or watch on the web you need to make sure you have a decent wireless connection. If you’re getting a wireless card, look for N.

If you’re getting a laptop you want to look for a 7200 rpm hard drive. The alternative, 5400, is slower.

You’re going to need a nice PC, beyond doubt for editing if you wish to do so. I’d recommend Intel over AMD. At least a dual core as well, quad core if doable.

Observably the graphics card is going to be nice too. Here’s where you’re going to have to do some investigate. Don’t rush into this, find what pad you want, get the specifications, then go home and do some investigate. Anyhow, nVidia makes nice graphics cards, GeForce run. Try to avoid Intel’s graphics cards if doable.

Dredge up Intel Processors = excellent Intel Graphics Cards = terrible

Finally, you’re going to want a decent amount of RAM. 2 GB at the least I’d say for messing nearly with videos.

Oh and for the watch, you’ll just have to question really. If it’s a box watch, question if it will have the required port on the back.
