Hostelería de Asturias premia al empresario riosellano Emilio Serrano

El empresario riosellano Emilio Serrano se ha hecho acreedor del premio «Embajador de la asturianía» de Hostelería de Asturias. Esta asociación empresarial del sector hostelero asturiano ha decidido también conceder al Montepío de la Minería la distinción de «Embajador permanente de la gastronomía asturiana». La asociación de hostelería entregará estos galardones el próximo martes 21 de junio, en su cena de hermandad que se celebrará en el Palacio de Congresos Calatrava de Oviedo. Además del galardón a Emilio Serrano, empresario de la destilería y bodegas Los Serranos y al Montepío de la Minería, la asociación ha otorgado trece diplomas de honor a otros tantos establecimientos que son «ejemplo del trabajo y dura dedicación». Los diplomas se entregarán, a título póstumo, a Jesús Luis Alonso Blanco, del mesón La Cerca, de Santa Eulalia de Oscos; a las hermanas Menéndez Fidalgo, del restaurante Casa Puyo, de Trubia; a Manuel Méndez Fernández, del restaurante La Zamorana, de Gijón; a Feliz Obeso Rosete, de la sidrería La Parrera, de Niembro (Llanes); a José Bernardo González Fernández, de la sidrería Asturias, de Oviedo; a Sebastián Fernández González, del bar Sebas, de Ribadesella; a Sonia Barcia López, del bar Leonor, de Colloto; a Ángel Juan Martínez, de la cafetería Bambú, de Oviedo; a la familia Sordo Tomás, del hotel Arcea Mirador de La Franca, en Ribadedeva; a Rufino Riestra Fanjul, del hotel Lóriga de Pola de Siero; a María del Pilar Fernández Díaz, del hostal Cabrales, de Carreña, y a Mercedes López Villen, del camping El Peñoso, de Antromero (Gozón), y a Secundino Blanco, Alfonso Álvarez Pico y Emilio Rivero, de la sala de fiestas Estilo.
