Threats against police recorded in a phone call
LAKE FOREST – Police got a call at 12:21 p.m. on Tuesday from 22800 block of Broadleaf and heard a man and a woman arguing. The man was yelling that he will stab deputies and he can shoot them for all he cares. He was threatening to break things in the house. The woman was heard saying he is holding a knife, but she was pretending like no one is on the phone.
Welfare check . 9:42 a.m. Tuesday. 19100 block of Sycamore Glen Drive. The caller asked for a welfare check on her 22-month-old granddaughter. She thinks her mother is doing drugs and doesn't have a car seat when she drives the baby around. She said there is also a large pit bull in the house and needles left lying around because someone in the house has diabetes.
