Diamond Custom Homes completes Brentano model at Quail West

Diamond Custom Homes has completed construction of its 3,999-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-and-a-bath Brentano model at Quail West. The single-story home is scheduled to be fully furnished by the end of this month.
The Brentano features a formal living room with a fireplace and a see-through view to the outside, a formal dining room and a three-car garage.
A galleria hallway delineates the home’s traffic pattern. The master suite includes a vestibule entry, an oversized master bath, his-and-her closets and access to the pool and outdoor living area.
There are three guest bedrooms, one of which is the VIP suite located in the rear of the home that opens to the outside.
The gourmet kitchen features a bar, an island with seating and a breakfast area. Pocketing sliders in the family room open to the outdoor living area.
The Brentano model is priced at $1.795 million, fully furnished. The base price of the Brentano floor plan is $1.545 million.
The Brentano is one of three Tamworth Collection floor plans by Diamond Custom Homes.
Designed by Quail West’s featured builders, the Tamworth Collection includes 24 new luxury single-family residence floor plans and models ranging from 3,500 to 4,500 square feet. These residences are being constructed on approximately half-acre lots and are priced from $1.5 to $2 million, lot included. The build-out period for the Tamworth Collection residences is six to nine months.
Diamond Custom Homes’ Brentano, Amelia and Carlotta floor plans are indicative of the Tamworth Collection’s appeal. Each of these plans feature a clean-lined architectural style with a formal living room, formal dining room and family room.
The Amelia offers 3,724 square feet under air, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and a three car garage.
An entry foyer leads to a formal living room with a fireplace and floor to ceiling windows that provide an abundance of natural light and an impressive view. A bar is situated between the living room and a gourmet island kitchen that also features lots of natural light and flows into a family room.
The kitchen includes high-end appliances, a tray ceiling and a breakfast nook with bay window. A vaulted ceiling contributes to the open feeling in the family room where 10-foot glass doors open to the outside.
The Amelia is priced at $1.445 million, unfurnished.
